Our Belief
We believe that Caribbean youth are the most vital asset to the region and that the maritime industry has a critical and unique role to play in reducing poverty, addressing gender inequality, and spurring economic growth in the Caribbean.
We also believe that the Caribbean can be a major supplier of maritime workers around the world–taking its place alongside The Phillipines, China and the Ukraine.

What We Do
ACMF-CAREX is the first of its kind jobs board exclusively for the Caribbean. The site is only accessible to job seekers/candidates in the region. Job seekers living outside of the Caribbean are not able to register on the site. However, prospective employers anywhere in the world can register and will have full access to the qualified workers profiled on the site who are looking for job opportunities.
The site posts seafaring and land-based jobs and covers the gamut of opportunities, including but not limited to deck cadets, engineers, logisticians, port managers, supply chain managers, cyber security specialists, robotics engineers, to name a few.
